Sharing Files

If you would like to share files with others you can use the share function. Navigate to the “Library” or “File” tab and select “Share” or “Share with users” respectively. This will open the “Share files with users” modal box. Here you can search for other users via the search bar, select recent users you interacted with or input the name and email of a collaborator not yet using Photo51.

Saving Files

When you have made any changes to your file and have not yet saved them this will be indicated next to the file name on the tab where the file is open via a red asterisks symbol (a red star). If all changes have been saved this indicator is removed. In order to save changes, navigate to the “File” tab in the top banner, then select the “Save” button. You can also use “Save as” if you would like to change the file name or location. Alternatively use the top left quick access buttons and select the save icon on the left.
