Setting the Track View

For non-quantitative tracks, there are several view options: Collapse, Squish and Expand. They can be set by navigating to the gear icon next to the track and selecting them. The “Expand” view is the default view with the standard size of elements. “Collapse” only shows the first line of the track. “Squish” shows smaller sized elements meaning more fit into view of the track.

For quantitative tracks there are several more options. You can select the “Graph type”, “Windowing function” and “Set data range”. For “Graph type” you can select between bar (default), line, points or heatmap. For “Windowing function” you can select between mean, min, max or none. For “Set data range” you can select between using a log scale or autoscale.
