Select which Enzyme List to Display

Once you have navigated to and selected the “Enzymes” dropdown, you can choose which enzymes to display on your plasmid. By default five options are included “All enzymes”, “Unique cutters”, “Dual cutters” and “Type IIs enzymes”. Alternatively, you can select a custom enzymes list you have created. Once you select which list to display the dropdown will show a checkmark next to the selection and the corresponding list will be shown on the sequence file. Additionally, if you would like a quick overview of the enzymes that do not digest the open sequence, you can select the “Noncutters” button and a pop-up will appear with a list.
