Editing Features

If you would like to edit an existing feature, navigate to either “Map” view, “Sequence” view, or the “Features” in the bottom navigation bar. Make sure in the top banner you have selected the “Features” tab. Then select and existing feature by clicking on it. Then you can use the “Edit” button in the “Features” tab. This will open the features modal window and let you make changes.

It is also possible to delete the feature via right clicking the selected feature.

Deleting Features

To delete features again select a feature in either map view, sequence view or the features overview which can be selected in the bottom navigation bar. Once selected make sure that you are on the “Features” tab of the top banner here use the button “Remove” this will let you delete features. Note you can again use right click to delete features.

It is also possible to delete features using your keyboard. To do this first click and select the feature you wish to delete and then click the backspace or delete button on your keyboard. You will be prompted to choose between deleting the “Feature and sequence” or the “Feature only”.
