Navigate to Anneal Oligos
To start annealing oligonucleotides navigate to the “PCR” tab in the top banner and select “Anneal oligos”. Once selected the “Anneal oligos” modal will open.
Annealing Oligonucleotides
In the “Anneal oligos” modal you can paste your single stranded sequences or open them from your library. Once you have added the sequences you will see a preview of the annealed product on the lefthand side. To save the product to your library use the “Save” button at the bottom right.
