Access Map and Sequence View

“How do I switch between map and sequence view?”

Map View

By default files are displayed in map view upon opening. This gives you an overview of plasmid and allows you to toggle different view functions under the view tab in the banner.

Sequence View

To visualize nucleic acids, you can switch to sequence view. This is done via the bottom navigation bar. To switch to sequence view use the “Sequence” in the navigation bar, this will display the entire sequence and allow you to scroll through to explore the file.
